My experience with the Information STAFF was RUDE & UNFRIENDLY.
While the physical wait room at Emergency isn’t better than any other (possibly smaller!), the staff were incredibly kind and truely lovely humans. As I arrived at 7:30 on a Monday morning I watched a triage nurse gently wake rough sleepers by name and give them breakfast while letting them know they’d need to move on as it was about to get busy.
