This hospital has gone down the drain. Cowboy nurses who don’t follow policy procedures, they discuss your private information in the hallway breaching patients privacy. They fail on a daily basis to not respect the patient if requested to do the handover in the patients room. Everyday it's a fight for the nurses to actually adhere to policy and procedures & just follow the chart. NUM hasn't made any changes after discussing the concerns after numerous conversations. Absolutely amazing help and treatment we received from the doctors on level 7. Dr. Amanda was incredibly helpful! She dealt with my mum that was travelling from overseas and end up hospitalising for more than a week. Thank you to all the team there ! Absolute legend !

Where do I start: 1.Noticed in this place there’s too many junior docotrs , poor things left to do job unsupervised and not coached by seniors , can’t answer patients question and seems to know little about patients condition and reports , they have to constantly refer back to their notes and reports 2.Senior docotrs not reviewing what meds have been given to patients or in charge to look after patients, they should be more in charge and spend more time with junior docotrs 3.
