The redheaded lady at the front is very rude. She was not very knowledgeable and failed to point out an important detail at check in to my wife that caused massive delay in the wait time. We've always had good experiences here when we lived behind it, not sure I'll be back specifically due to the redheaded older receptionist.....
The care I received this week at St. Vincent's First Care was excellent. Thank you Dr. David Remias, Deseree and Vanessa for taking such great care of me. I was seen in a timely manner and appreciated the follow-up call from Dr. Remias. I would definitely seek medical attention from St. Vincent's First Care in the future. Bravo!
Got a physical and EKG reading and it was good. Would like to know the Dr.s name and the nurses name as well.
First thing, the girl at the front desk didn't have much personality and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Second, I used the online check in appointment and still waited over an hour. My question is why have that online appointment scheduler when you obviously do not care if the patient used it?
