Everyone was very nice and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable.
Very inefficient!! What could/should have been a 5 minute urinalysis took over an hour.
I had a 6:00 appointment. I wasn't seen by the PA until 7:14. I was left alone after that and thought they were closing up and forgetting about me. The PA did not seem very concerned, ask questions she should have asked, or seem to actually listen to me. I left without any confidence in what I was told. I will search for a new walk-in clinic.
It's hit or miss on whether you will get an accurate dx or not. I am thankful they are open on days my primary care doctor is not. Unfortunately, the miss part of the dx is frustrating when you have to turn around and go to your physician again. The medical assistant spends a lot of time telling you all the things your primary care physician "should" be doing. The staff is awesome at this office. I would recommend this office to all my friends and will use again. Dr. Remiss and Tim plus the nursing staff go out of their way to support you needs. The receptionist at the front desk (Cindy) lacks personality and a sense of urgency.
