Save your money. Went in because I had migraine headaches. They tried everything to convince me I had the flu or covid. Turns out I was pregnant, something they could have easily tested for if they weren't trying to get more money and actually listened to my symptons 🙄.
Waited over an hour for a simple screen for a job, under staffed and was taken back after 2 others that I was there before hand. Urgent Care ?? More like Urgent hurry up and wait. Then when I called back to ask about my results, I was unable to get an answer due to lack of experience and training of their staff. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!

This is a useless place, which employs people with no empathy. After an Injury, my daughter called ahead to ask if they could give her a tetanus shot. They said they could and they would be open until 7:00. She said she was on the way. We arrived at 6:58 and they were already closed. We spoke with a manager who merely reiterated that they were closed and could not help us. This is the same place I took my husband a couple of years ago when he had a bad cough. Went there because my doctor didn't have any openings. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor gave me an over the counter regiment that seems to be working as well as a backup plan to take an antibiotic if it doesn't. It's worth the drive from Orange Park.
