Worst walk in clinic I’ve ever been to! The front desk is so unorganized they have taken four people ahead of me that checked in after me!!!! I keep hearing we apologize that they forgot about me!
My son had been sick for about a week and I was hoping we could stick it out a couple more days but he just continued to feel worse. I called at 6:30pm and asked if they would take us (they close at 7pm). without hesitation they told us to come on in. After 2 xrays, strep and mono test he has an upper respiratory infection. I just want to give a big thank you for working almost an hour late to take care of us. Please know that it was greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. apt @2, pretty sick, already 2:30 no clue on wait, no one to even let me know. I know stuff comes up, but made and apt, at least be polite enough to let me know how long delay
Nice people, nice place. Easy in and easy out. Schedule an appointment online, no wait. The people were very friendly and the facilities are clean and well kept.
