Been with them for years and they are the best
This place is awful. I went here because it says urgent care. After I registered and waited for a nurse to take my vitals, a staff member took me to a triage room, not a word said or uttered. She closed the door and left me. After an hour, wait, was told there is another hour wait because there are other people way sicker than me. Understandable, also was informed that it's not an urgent care it's an ER. This in NOT an URGENT CARE. ITS AN EMERGENCY CARE where more sick patients go to get medical attention.
