This was the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. They should know a little of a patient's history, at the very least your diagnosis, before attempting this type of MRI. Had I been told this would be laying face down for a half hour I would have reconsidered. Had I known about the bar my ribs would be laying on, I wouldn't have gone at all. Jeffrey S. Hakim and the administrative staff surrounding that individual provided me with the goofiest experience I have ever had. The guy scheduled me a lesser quality brain MRI than the one I had just completed, and wouldn't see me for my severe Spinal Stenosis and degenerated disks until I did an extra brain MRI. When I wanted my records back they couldn't find them and hung up on me out of frustration.
