This was the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. They should know a little of a patient's history, at the very least your diagnosis, before attempting this type of MRI. Had I been told this would be laying face down for a half hour I would have reconsidered. Had I known about the bar my ribs would be laying on, I wouldn't have gone at all. Not knowing all of this before changing into 2 gowns, having an IV started, blood drawn, and then getting on the table face down with arms over my head, I'm told to be st... read more

Jeffrey S. Hakim and the administrative staff surrounding that individual provided me with the goofiest experience I have ever had. The guy scheduled me a lesser quality brain MRI than the one I had just completed, and wouldn't see me for my severe Spinal Stenosis and degenerated disks until I did an extra brain MRI. When I wanted my records back they couldn't find them and hung up on me out of frustration. ☆☆☆☆ Disappointed and Frustrated with Lack of Communication and Care I had been seeing a specialist at St. Vincent’s Neurosciences Center who recently retired—yet no one informed me. I only found out when I tried to schedule a follow-up for concerning symptoms. When I called, I was told, “We don’t currently have a plan in place for his new patients, so follow up with your primary care provider.” That response left me feeling abandoned and deeply concerned about the continuity of care for my condition. For a center that claim... read more

The doctors are great, but who ever does the scheduling is awful. They were suppose to call me to schedule an EMG, but never did. After 2 month, of repeatedly sending my EMG request, the receptionist was able to schedule me one month out. My hands are in extreme pain and have little sensation left, but the receptionist couldn’t care less. Nerves do not regenerate like skin cells, so I potentially permanently lost function in my hands for the rest of my life because the receptionist is terrible. Do not recommend.
