RecommendedHighly impressed! We just took our toddler in for high fever, vomiting, etc. The front desk receptionist was very nice and greated us as soon as we came in. She had us checked-in in no time! We waited for maybe a grand total of 10 minutes. An EMT escorted us back. A huge shoutout and special thanks to the incredible staff at St Vincent Neighborhood ER and in patient hospital at 37 and 146th. The last thing I expected was to be diagnosed the way I was but the way this facility is designed they have ER on one side of hallway then in patient beds on the other. The level of care was beyond exceptional and I can’t speak enough about them. Please keep this facility in mind for an ER need they are fantastic. My first visit to a St Vincent Neighborhood hospital. They were very prompt, caring and knowledgeable. Best ED visit ever.
The doctor had a horrible attitude. Was not very careful with my child and did not take into account how he was feeling. I would say you are better off not going here. I left feeling sad and upset that we were treated by the doctor in such a poor way.
We had a great experience with staff and facility when we had to take our 4 year old daughter. They were attentive and very quick to see her which meant the world to us. A BIG Thank You to St. Vincent !!!!!

I had a kidney stone but had a great experience, under the circumstances. Everybody was very helpful and cordial and took the time and the patience to deal with me. Thanks again to everyone who helped that night.
Inadequate care that led to greater health risks, more medical visits, and higher costs. Physician had poor bedside manner. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I don't want to risk my family's well-being on it--we'll drive further to avoid those risks.
I thought I was having a severe migraine. It turns out that I had an aneurysm. The staff at the neighborhood hospital recognized the urgency of my situation and saved my life. Within a couple of hours, I was transported to St. Vincent on 86th Street and had surgery the following morning.
