Saw Dr. Blevins, who was very knowledgeable in helping me come to understand my condition. I was charged $398 for a Laryngoscopy which never took place and $115 for ear cleaning after directly asking to ensure it would not incur an additional charge. After discussing with the manager, they removed the Laryngoscopy charge but not the cleaning fee. Make sure you know what you're going to pay.
