They prescribed me 600mg of ibuprofen when I told them I have some at home and it's not working. They basically said oh well, and immediately discharged me. Unprofessional doctors who interrogate their patients and become unsatisfied when they don't hear an answer they wanted.
The administrative staff here have terrible attitudes and seem like they don’t really like people at all! Which explains why their waiting room was so empty. I asked for the urgent care and was directed to this department, I said “I think I’m in the wrong place I just need urgent care not emergency”. The woman told me that was the urgent care so I stayed; I was crying, obviously sick and suffering and this woman couldn’t have cared less she talked to me like I was a kid in trouble in the school office. Had a great experience with all the medical staff here. I felt really looked after and in good hands. Some (not all) staff responsible for intake make it seem like they’re annoyed you’re there at all. Which seemed odd. But with what really matters—medical care—these folks were awesome.
