I can’t express how thankful I am to Dr. Heimansohn and his staff. He is one of the few cardiothoracic surgeons in the nation that has the ability to repair aortic valves (amongst several other areas he specializes in). It’s amazing what he can do, and that he does this type of work everyday. He literally saved my life, and my family and I can’t thank him enough.
It's not good. I brought my mother here for a 2 pm appointment. She was to have an EKG before her appointment. That was scheduled for 12.30pm. We were here at 11:52am. Her EKG was completed by 12:40pm. Was told to wait for a doctor to read her EKG before going to the doctor appointment. That was 2 hours ago. Still waiting. Checked with them at 1:50pm. Said that they were calling another doctor to read the report. Still nothing. I guess they have some bad management. What else could it be? Not at all impressed!!!!!
I could never express how grateful i am with the Surgeon's and staff at St. Vincent that they could repair a hole about the size of a fifty cent piece in my Wife's heart. Our stay here at the Hospital has been second to none in my book and my Prayers of Blessings go out to all of the fine people who work at St. Vincent Heart Center, May God Bless You Each and Every One
Last year at this time i was in the heart center not expected to live. Dr. Moainie and Dr. Hermiller offered to do a TAVR surgery and saved my life. I cant say enough about The Heart Center and these two wonderful doctors. I thank God every day for putting these people in my life!
This hospital, not only saved my husband's life, but the doctors and nurses were not only highly knowledgeable and but caring and compassionate! I was impressed, just as much as the medical staff, by the rest of the employees of the hospital. The custodians, the employees who brought his meals, the dietucians, the chaplain...they All were educated in the care of the specific heart patient!
My brother Jerry was just there end of June had a 4bypass doing great!!!!!
