My experience here was as good as it could be I got here and I was scared but the nurses and guest care partners made me feel like I had somebody here for me and I thank you all very much.
Sitting here with my mother who was transferred here because it is supposed to be "superior" care. This whole experience has been less than. First of all we had an RN that was curt, rude and down right hateful. After having a chat with her and her supervisor she came back so sickining sweet...After she yelled at my mother who had not eaten in several hours, who was weak, tired, and we were helping her. My husband came here about a week ago and had a triple bypass and we have just been blown away with the staff. Everyone from housekeepers to guest care partners to nurses to the doctors. We are so blessed to have had our care here. Thank you St. Vincent Heart Center ❤️
I wouldn't go anywhere else for heart issues! Great, caring staff!
Everyone was great. Lots of smiles. Nurse RATCHET does not work there. No waiting and waiting and waiting. My surgery took 1 hour.
