We have now lived here for over two years and the experience has been amazing from beginning to end. The property is extremely well maintained. The maintenance team are responsive; knowledgeable and efficient and the property manager and her leasing staff are warm and friendly and always available to help. We have lived in many rental communities in Plantation and this is, by far, the best rental community in this city!
St Tropez is a great community that is extremely well run. The leasing office team are professional, efficient, welcoming and quick to respond. The maintenance staff work hard to keep the community running smoothly. Our time at St Tropez has been fantastic!! Just wanted to update that a year later and the community is better than ever. Love this property
I am not sure about how the rest of their properties are run but the one I recently moved from was awful. The property manager was very very nice and always tried to fix things but I got the feeling his hands were tied when it came to actually getting things fixed. I was in constant communication with the office, even complained on the corporate level with the old management company once and the new one once. With no resolve. I had a fantastic tour with Carmen! She was very detailed, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve toured many other properties, and this was by far the best tour I’ve experienced. The property is beautifully kept and well maintained. Having such a great experience during the tour gives me confidence that living here will be just as wonderful. I’m so excited to make this my future home!
