I tried to be understanding, but enough is enough. I want to start by saying I truly did my best to be patient and reasonable. I understand that issues can arise anywhere and that running a community isn’t easy. But my experience living at St. Tropez has been frustrating, disheartening, and in many ways, intolerable. Great community! The places well kept with great amenities. It’s very peaceful and close to everything. We absolutely love living here. Highly recommend!
Regret moving here after only a 2 weeks. Dusty and smelly A/C. Our allergies started acting up after only days of moving in. Roaches and termites ad mentioned in other reviews. I regret not reading the reviews first . Garbage area is filthy always. I am so sad about living here and I am locked in a 14 months lease.
