I’ve been in the Plantation area for about 5 years now, going on my second year renting at St. Tropez and it’s fabulous. Not only are the amenities great with 2 pools, one on the lake and the other featuring a mini golf and grill area but the gym is always really clean, the tennis courts and kids playground is well kept and they have an office space too. This is the absolute worst place to live. They tow cars without warning. Their non compliance policies are unreasonable, they do not answer the phone and the website for maintenance doesn't work. Pick anywhere else to live.
I been here over 3 years and the staff always professional
Dulce was fantastic! She provided an excellent tour of the beautiful community. She is very personable.
