I wish I could give this neighborhood 0 stars. BELIEVE EVERY BAD REVIEW BEFORE MOVING HERE. Nothing luxury about this neighborhood- don’t be fooled by their “luxury pools”. So many people around the neighborhood complain about the roach infested, garbage collection, etc. Extremely high rent for a glorified ghetto neighborhood. The definition of “luxury” . This is ALL the time. Dog parks are always full of dirt and no guest parking convenient to any of the apartment locations. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Also they have a roach and termite problem that they refuse to treat
