I have been living in this complex for a little over eight years. The administration—back when Mr. Juan Valencia was in charge—was excellent. He left nearly a year ago, and since then, the complex has been going completely downhill. 1. The pools are full of people smoking marijuana with absolutely no supervision or control. I lived at St. Tropez for 40-50 days roughly, this apartment was maybe 7-8th apartment I’ve rented (I move around for work a lot). This place was god awful from the actual quality of the apartments to management and the way they handled things to how long it takes maintenance to respond to issues. Love this place , I enjoyed my 7 years there friendly staff my best maintenance man Luis Jimenez is the best i would live there again but rent days are now over thank God .... 2019 -2026..
