I have always been pleased with the Drs, nurses, their staff.. Dr Tumen is my pulmonary Dr and he genuinely cares about his patients!! Very professional, caring and helpful!! I highly recommend the St Thomas Medical Group!!😄
Incompetence at it finest!!
So rude. I called to cancel an appt because my husband has a new job that he can't get off work for scheduled appt that was set back 4 months ago. I asked if at some point when his schedule at work was worked out could I call back and set a new appt. I was told no because he had to reschedule 3 appts and that was it. Well ok....that's more than fine with the rude staff I spoke with. In fact, the first appt that was rescheduled was the doctors fault because she was going to be out of town.
