Love my pcp, Dr Guenst...but yesterday stopped by to get a new prescription for a new drug store and the receptionist was so rude, she got all huffy and says the drug store will have to call ME and tell ME what they need. She was on the phone, so guess we interrupted a personal call. Lady you dont do our meds, either the dr or his nurse does. Walgreens already told us the dr had to call in or write a new prescription since we didnt have it in their system. I told her aint goning to happen, they already said so. You cant get ... read more
During my recent visit to Dr Hodge, I was yet again disappointed in the staff. Upon walking up to the window the nurse in the back refused to help me since the front office was In the back area speaking with Dr. Hodge as the nurse was playing on her cell phone. When being brought back, the nurse was rude. After the exam I was taken out to sit behind the nurse while she finished up a personal call on her CELL phone about a bill! She is very unprofessional and in my opinion the downfall to his office.
Dr. Kayser is my doctor and I love him to death. He's the best doctors I've ever had.
Tim saved my life and I drive from Chattanooga to see him he is Great and we Love his family too. I've been seeing Tim for 15 years Thanks Tim and God Bless Ernie
Love this group. Janet calls you back quickly. Dr Krakauer caught my husband Blood clot and is an amazing doctor. We would recommend him to anyone!!! Being a nurse it can be hard to find good doctors on referrals but Every doc he has sent us to had been amazing
