My sister and I picked this home for my mother and this is our experience. I'm 70/30 with the staff, the majority was very kind and accommodating but with a few that acted more controlling and unsympathetic. The food is mediocre but having 2 options for meals was nice. The atmosphere was bright and well layed out. I used to keep cash in my mother's purse for personal spending until $350 was stolen out of it, speaking to other residents family I found out it's a common occurrence there. The activity coordinator was extremely rude abd quite mean several times...she shouldn't be working with public

My parents have been residents in the Villa for three years. In that time, they have received outstanding and loving care from all the staff. Whenever there has been a need for treatment at the hospital, staff has been quick to respond and notify family of the situation. The facility is beautiful and clean. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes a loved one needing a care facility to find a friendly but professional enviornment. Thank you to all you outstanding employees at the Villa!
