I recently moved out after living at St. Theodore for 4.5 years. I paid rent early, every month for all 55 months I lived here, totaling about $150,000. I took very good care of my unit and received my full deposit back upon moving out. After moving out and getting my deposit back, I received a bill from ConAm (St. Theodore's management company) for ~$100.
