Wonderful day using resort pass. Would definitely do it again for a special occasion. Wish it was less expensive so we could go more often. Service outstanding around pool and beach as well as in the Spa.

The The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort was the perfect venue for this couples' wedding. It was alos one of the best places for us to have the opportunity to photograph. They were 100 available and accommodating with any space they have for photos. With no restrictions to locations where we can photograph, we were able to create an endless number of beautiful and artistic photos for the bride and groom. The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is nothing short of amazing. Service has been impeccable from valet services, front desk, housekeeping, and room service. The rooms are spacious and very clean. And the balcony and the view are amazing!! I’m spoiled here. It’s going to be hard to stay at other hotels/resorts now. The bar has been raised!!
Solid Miami hotel. The service is of course on point with an excellent staff. Lately not as 100% polished as some of the other St Regis properties... But still very good. Their suite are very solid with great finishes. Wine chillers, extra extra comfie beds, turn down service, etc. the furniture in suite, while clean could use a bit of sprucing up. Our butler and coordinator are sharp, friendly, and attentive.
