RecommendedWe recently stayed at this amazing property. The rooms are Soo spacious and modern. It is a kids/family friendly property with great customer service. We will definitely be back soon.
We enjoyed our stay, Angelo and the entire staff made us feel like we were in the best place in Miami and as a restaurateur we were impressed with everything.
this resort was too notch. I come down here quite often and I was not very impressed with the Ritz a few weeks ago so we decided to try The St Regis. very happy we did. excellent service and perfect relaxation. thank you. I will definitely return with some of my employees to reward them for working so hard every day at The Carpet Guys.
Just spent my 50th bday at this resort. I can’t say enough about the entire staff! They went out of their way to make me feel fabulous on my bday weekend. Upgrades, champagne, desserts, etc. They called me by my name and knew it was my bday at every restaurant! Thank you Lacey for booking my group bday brunch and your endless patience with my changes. To the Manager: You’ve hired and trained excellent people. They are very special.
After staying here I don’t want to go home
Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff. Our daughter dosen’t want to go home, she wants to move in here. We hope we will be back soon.
