As a Titanium and Centurion we cannot recommend this place, it absolutely lacks of basic luxury that seasoned traveler would demand. Many amenities are closed, but they still charge full resort fee, if you don’t bike you just had the most expensive cup of coffee for $45. By the way you still pay $25 for an umbrella, have not seen such rip off anywhere else, should be included in the resort fee. We stayed at the St Regis for the weekend. We felt safe with masks required. Unfortunately due to Covid the bars and restaurants were closed of course. We got upgraded to a suite. Nice walk in closet and large balcony. Lighting in the room was well done. Would recommend the resort overall. Good location across from the Bal Harbour shoppes.
