Have been trying to reach out to apartment for weeks now. They never answer. My cousin is trying to break get ahold of the company regarding her lease. Hopefully someone will reach out to me with a phone number to call since Ryan is no longer there!
Horrible communication from property management. Turns off water without notice for long stretches of time. Trash is overflowing from dumpster...
This place is very old and unsafe. It's not accommodating for the elderly, no elevators or wheel chair ramps, and poor lighting.
Disclaimer: this review is for the tour process, I have not lived at this complex. My experience is August 2024 I really wanted to like this place, but I didn't even get the chance to tour. I scheduled online on a Monday for a tour on a Friday, with multiple confirmation texts/emails. I arrive exactly three minutes late because of sudden storms, i did call ahead to let them know...but there's no one there. Been playing phone tag with these people for 3 days now. They called me once didn't bother to leave a voicemail and then relisted the apartment that I had already put a deposit on. There hours aren't even accurate. If you try to call them between 3 and 6 they will NOT respond. Starting to feel a lot like fraud.
