Extremely disappointed. We planned massages here at 9am today. It's supposedly open daily from 9am-9pm. We waited outside for 25 minutes; the doors were locked and no one was there. We called in advance, called while we were outside... voice recording only, re-emphasizing the fact that they are open 7 days a week 9am-9pm. That's obviously not the case. We let the Embassy Suites know that we enjoyed everything about our stay except their "partner spa." They made a recommendation to go to Greenhaus Spa instead, so that's where... read more
