Approximately 8 months ago I contacted St Pete Termite on the recommendation of an acquaintance. Explained that I had a Termite problem and I was in need of their services. They explained that they were very busy and it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they could get to me. I agreed to wait. About 6 weeks later I received a call from someone that told St Pete Termite was to busy to get to me and they were turning the account over to them. on time, convenient, affordable & did the job right
I’d give zero stars if there was an option. If you’re looking for termite treatment, find another company!!! It took 2 days for Kevin to return my call to set up an appointment for a quote to tent my home for termites. It’s now 35 minutes past our appointment time, and no one has shown or called. I’ve tried calling the office several times and no one answered the phone nor was there any way to leave a message. You have just lost a customer.
