This is the most terrible experience I had at an urgent care, the tech is so arrogant. I had an appointment at 1:30 PM I checked in at 1:20PM and I was next in line as from what was shown on the digital screen. The tech did the blood pressure and height and put me in an examination room and asked me to wait. After an hour or so not seeing anyone, I thought they forgotten that I was already in there. I saw that it was pretty busy when I pulled into the parking lot as the lot was full. But I'm two steps in the door the lady at the desk says what are you here for. Now what the heck did she want? For me to announce in front of everybody why I was there?! Are you kidding me?! Perhaps they could have put a note on the door that they were capped for the next hour and a half because of backup of people.
I’m extremely disappointed with the services St. Peter’s provided. Left with no prescription. Found out later I had strep. Which is why I came to this clinic. I’m really tired of these shenanigans. You should not have to go to another clinic a few days later just to get a prescription that you need sooner.
Shoutout to Alexandra! She was the absolute best, she made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful in getting me my rapid COVID test on time, 5 STARS FOR HER!!!!!
All of the workers were very nice and efficient. Me and my sister enjoyed our visit!
