Not bad. Ownership changed and prices went up a bit. Also everywhere online it says 24/7 access but that's not true. One of my biggest annoyances is seeing everything that says it's always open to access my unit and I learn after I rented a unit that it's only 6am-10pm. Very frustrating

Sara is an absolute gem! I first contacted her about a unit, because my previous storage facility would double my rate every 3/m. Sara was beyond accommodating for my needs, and was so easy and pleasant to work with. She also helped me with a spot at their vehicle/rv storage lot. Which she, again, made a last minute decision easy and seamless.
