I have been taking my kids to this practice for several years and we were very happy with Dr. Sharma. Unfortunately, things have gone very downhill since she left. Recently, we saw Dr. Payne twice for my son's abdominal pain, and Dr Saddiq before that. They seemed to make the diagnosis of constipation before even walking into the room and talking to me and my child. When greeting check in staff they never greet you back it’s so rude to ignore a greeting !! Very disgusted with the behavior of receptionist.
I have always had good experiences with this group. Reasonable times to get appointments, quick to refill medications. Quick and courteous when we come in. Never a wait. I would highly recommend.
Dr Payne is the absolute BEST!!
