I have had MS for 20 years and in that time I've seen a lot of neuros in NY & in MD. I also have had Migraines since I was a young child. Dr. Parrota is the 1st doctor who recommended botox for me & its changed my life in dramatic ways. This review is regarding Dr. Parrotta. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) many years before I met Dr. Parrotta. Unfortunately, I was sent to her care in Albany, NY after I moved. I’m going to explain how I experienced both physical (lack of proper MS care) and psychological abuse while alone in her presence. DR.erica perotta is an AMAZING doctor. Thoughtful and caring, she always trys to figure out a solution even when it seems hopeless. I recommend her to anyone with headaches 1000%
I have been waiting until I was completely separated from this office to share my experience. I will start with the only good thing about my experience here, the nurses. They were always great and very compassionate even in difficult situations. I recently suffered from a 3 month long migraine which affected me daily. 2 months of which were wasted here.
