It was a 4 month wait for my first appointment with Dr Mahautmr. with 4 weeks to go and out of town I had a problem. I asked for a call from Dr. Mahautmr to discuss my problem. Telemedicine anyone? Would a 5 minute phone call be too much to ask after waiting 3 months minimum for an office visit? Apparently it was too much to ask. Office staff not very kind to people who are struggling witnessed something today. That was very disturbing. The staff needs training when it comes to condescending impatient uncaring interaction with patients it was so clear that the staff is harboring animosity towards this patient.
