I am baffled by the overall 2.7 rating review for St Peter’s Hospital in Albany. I went to the emergency room late one night about 930, from reception through discharge the nurses, transporters, lab techs, MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound techs, doctors, dietitian, social worker….they were all the most professional medical staff I have ever encountered. Had a family member in the icu I work in healthcare and I can honestly say I was very impressed I couldn’t find one thing to complain about my family member was kept cleaned and she was turned and positioned like she should be I was beyond impressed
God I hope the medical staff are better than the “receptionists.” I’m only using ‘god’ as an expression-please send actual trained medical professionals who can make educated decisions!!!! Jesus was only a carpenter and doesn’t pay taxes.
8 hours of waiting in the ER and was told it was several more hours before they'd START drawing blood for tests and no estimate to actually talk to a doctor. If you value your life, don't trust Saint Peters.
One of the worst hospitals to go when you’re dying. I’ve been here for more than 5 hours and still no cares. I was such in pain and they move so slow and don’t do nothing to help the patient.
