I established care with Dr. DeMico after my previous PCP, Dr. Kristin Taniguchi (the utmost smartest PCP and the best one i came across), left the practice. My husband and I (my 1st appointment today was for me and his is the 3rd of August) we cannot, and I mean CANNOT recommend this practice enough. Everyone from the front staff, the nurse, our especially our new PCP Kayleigh D’Amico not only went above and beyond but were so caring, warm, and made us feel heard, understood, and not judged for a second. What an AMAZING practice filled with the most incredible people. If you’re not feeling comfortable with your current PCP—RUN, don’t walk to get in with them!

Website lists their hours as open until 5 PM. Got here at 4:55 PM to pick up meds and the doors are locked and the office is empty. They keep trying to charge a copay for preventative care visits that are covered 100%. Months later after my insurance company has already called them out on upcharging, they are still sending me bills. They can't be bothered to respond to requests for appointments though. They keep trying to charge a copay for preventative care visits that are covered 100%. Months later after my insurance company has already called them out on upcharging, they are still sending me bills. They can't be bothered to respond to requests for appointments though. Probably too busy with all that insurance fraud. When you call to schedule an appointment, you wait on hold for over half an hour. I'm please with the actual medical staff, but the administration leaves a lot to be desired.
