I debated on leaving this review but after much consideration I think it’s a must. yesterday, March 5, I took a client of mine to St. Pete’s neurology department. I do private home health and I’m 25 years into this line of work. Patient care is extremely important to me and I feel very passionate about it. A nother horable experience. Worthless hospital. Rude staff. Can't even find information in their system. Had to walk them through the check in process. Staff dose not listen to patients. They can't even do basic procedures or exams. The whole system for appointments is flawed. Not handi cap friendly.

Dr. Sanders performed a surgical procedure at st peters hospital on me. His bedside manner is poor. He's not personable, friendly and not very detailed at informing you of stuff. He doesn't seem like he actually cares about the patient. After my surgery, he didn't come see me after anesthesia wore off and tell me how the procedure went. Or what to expect going forward. He supposedly called my husband, but didnt even identify himself. My husband thought it was a nurse calling. There were no post op care instructions or discha... read more

My ER bill was paid in full over a month ago. The check was cashed. However, my account has yet to be credited. I am still receiving paper bills and emails telling me to pay. So far, they have tacked on $89 in fees since the payment. I've contacted them three times. The local folks have been great and have tried everything they can to get the bean counters in Nebraska to credit my account.
