Did not have to wait long to get in for an appointment. Did not wait at all upon arriving. I saw a nurse practitioner who was both professional and warm, unlike most doctors I've seen over the years.

Dr. Martin Gale Neubert ignored my allergic list, tried to send me home with out an inhaler and a derivative of the medication that I am allergic to, had to catch his mistakes, he ignored my request for ivermectin prevented me from getting effective medication and instead he tried pushing the COVID and flue vaccines on me and referred me to a doctor who didn't have any openings until the middle of October for my athsma and congestion issues,so I have to continue suffering from congestion headaches and severe asthma attacks a... read more
My experience is don’t call me 15 minutes before my appointment and tell me that they are sorry but heart monitor did not come in can they reschedule as I’m walking into appt the time and gas is so precious at this time really unprofessional
I assisted a friend of mine with her second hip surgery and she came out of the surgery overly medicated and it took us a total of four and a half hours to get her on her feet. Plus instead of waiting 2 hours to get into surgery they kept us waiting for nearly four. What a day. I officially worked with the patient quality control which has been little to no help whatsoever in addressing the issue.
