Today was my first appointment with lifetime smiles. All of the staff was very friendly and informative. I was kind of nervous about going to the dentist since I haven't been in a while. They all made my time there enjoyable and comfortable, highly recommend it!
I've been coming here for years but today I got a new Hygienist, Alexis, and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and was just the nicest person I've ever met!
Check-in was fast, and I waited less than 2 minutes to begin my cleaning. Alexis was friendly and explained each procedure thoroughly.
Lifetime Smiles is always a pleasure to come in for your appointment. The staff is smiling every time I arrive for my appointment. They put you at ease immediately. I’m always nervous coming for any appointment even for just cleaning. I never want to experience pain like I remember when I was a young child. I would not trust my dental care anywhere else. The staff is remarkable and friendly. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and calming.
I’ve been a patient here for a little over a year and care is not only excellent but also SO friendly! Every hygienist, desk secretary, & dentist I’ve met here are professional and nice; 2 things I highly value when I am getting a service. I highly recommend Lifetime Smiles to all my friends & family. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!! From the moment I came into the office everyone made me feel like family ! From the front desk staff to the Hygienist to the Dental Assistances and Especially Dr Donato!!!! I will have all of my family seen at this practice from now on . Thank you so much for making me feel at ease especially during these times
Was nervous as I was seeing a new hygienist today but she was terrific. Good cleaning, shared her concerns, helpful tips etc and felt very comfortable. Had considered changing dentists with some staff leaving but that will not be necessary as I feel like I am in good hands.
The waiting room is very clean and neat. Alexis and Dr.Alter where the 2 that I was seen by today. Alexis told me step by step of what she doing as far as taking the x rays and pictures for my exam. She is very nice and just makes you feel comfortable. While I was waiting on Dr. Alter finish up with the patient before me she checked on me to see if I was okay.
