What really distinguishes an exceptional practice from your average dental practice, I feel is how it responds to unexpected problems that may arise from a ordinary dental procedure. I recently had to have a single tooth crown replaced that had broken. The crown also supported a small partial dental bridge which did not properly fit the new crown. Today, was my first visit, An all around excellent experience! All staff were extremely friendly and funny. There was no pressure to have unnecessary dental work verse necessary dental work. The staff is always friendly and very professional.I have lots of anxiety about going to the dentist, but Cathy, dental hygienist, is very gentle and thorough and makes me feel comfortable.
Shannon was fantastic. She gave me a very thorough cleaning and was very gentle. Dr Fabrega gave me the best filling I ever received. He did it without numbing me! I always enjoy going to the dentist with Lifetime Smiles!
