Absolutely fantastic customer service. Went in to pick up CO2 cartridge and left the knowledge that there actually are bike shops and experts that are not elitists. As a new road � cyclist with limited if any knowledge, my experience within the road cycling community has left me doing solo rides as no one seems interested in talking to or helping out a newbie. Amazing service from Steve! My daughter sent several emails to bike shops in the area and the owner was one of the few who responded and seemed eager to help us choose the right one. Very impressive! Will tell everyone to come here!
The last bike I rode was over ten years ago, so I was nervous going into a shop and seeing all the new options available. Luckily I met Steve who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to finding what I was looking for. He talked with me about where I planned to ride, my level of skill (lack of, in this case), and was just generally helpful with any questions I had.
