Parking lot floods even when it does not rain hard. Maybe they should clean the drains this is not even a flood zone.
Management is rude and ineffective Property manager is inexperienced Apartments have mold The moisture attracts roaches AC Units do not AC units are locked in a room Maintenance does not change the filters on a regular basis leading to issues. Location is nice that’s it.
