Management is rude and ineffective Property manager is inexperienced Apartments have mold The moisture attracts roaches AC Units do not AC units are locked in a room Maintenance does not change the filters on a regular basis leading to issues. Location is nice that’s it.
My experience living here had thought me a lesson learn taking with me my experience admisfere so beautiful views so much to do here never complain beautiful apartments nothing to complain about rosesline or synide they get the job done maintenance both can't complain they do outstanding job wonderful views with the pool exercise gym outdoor activities my apartments so beautiful no problem here I hate to leave it meet nice ppl here at st.paul apartments stairs i can't do it more bc of my health up downstairs all is wonderful... read more
It's a pleasure, honor with property manager Chastity & assistant manager Roseline being at st Paul apts they both are very compassion and understanding they are here to help I love that enjoy living here good environment for my grandkids when they come over they love the pool & play park we love it apartment are beautiful And very clean comfortable enjoy living here only thing for me it's stairs carrying groceries up to 3rd floor when you have asthma bronchitis and getting old everything starts acting up wonderful staff and... read more
