I called New Seasons, which is advertised as a MAT clinic. They told me they had two locations, and this was one of them. I very clearly explained to the person on the phone that I needed a new psychiatrist and a refill of Suboxone. I’ve been prescribed this a month at a time with no uses issues, until the clinic I was going to for the last five years, (I started going there many years before starting Suboxone), anyway it was sold and they were unexpectedly kicked out of the insurance network. I need the owner of this place to comment on the negative comments cause some of you’re counselors don’t care especially Mr Kurt I seen him be little ppl and this person have mental issues it was not cool

This clinic is absolutely the worst in the state, the counselors have no training or degrees in chemical dependency, there essentially dry drunks, they follow these out dated guidelines and have no issues lying to your face. They also violate your hippa rights by talking about you to other clients and outside people without your knowledge until you find out and realize they have no respect for anyone but themselves. I was a client at this clinic about 18 years ago. from reading the reviews I notice that there's a response to just about every positive review however, the few negative reviews have no responses at all. Which is very disheartening for me because I get the impression that they think that they've done no wrong, can't do any wrong, and there's no room for improvement.
