Unfortunately, my father entered the hospital two days before he was to move into St. Paul Health Center and has now passed away, but I wanted to write them an amazing review for their admissions policies and for admissions counselors Brooke and Robin. I needed a VA placement for my father quickly and was being turned down by all of the facilities on the VA's contract list. Was this senior care facility easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? No

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat
