Disappointed in the customer service that was provided. A staff member made my mother-in-law feel awful for asking questions and wanted to receive clarification on the enrollment process. If this is how you treat someone within the church, who is a Parrish member I wouldn’t want to see the interaction with people who are not Catholic.
