Charlie and his team were wonderful landlords for us for 5 years. He was always responsive to anything we needed help with, fair, and reliable. We had a great experience as his tenant.
We lost the lease to our office after 24 years. I found Charlie from a listing for a new office building. The new office building was not going to be ready in time, but Charlie found us another open office in another one of his buildings, close to our old office, that turned out to be ideal for us. We have loved being tenants in one of Charlie's buildings. He has always been very responsive and available whenever we have questions or need something. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for a commercial lease or commercial property in the St. Louis area.
I would not recommend this company. Charlie was not truthful when we purchased a piece of land from him. I would be skeptical of using him. We will not again.
I can't speak highly enough about Charlie. He helped me 3 years ago with a lease on a commercial property for my business. I am now purchasing the property and there was no one else I would rather have assisting my husband and I . Charlie is professional, responsive and encouraging through the whole process.
