these guys do a great job getting you the upgrades and look that you want...great people and easy to work with. I am on our second vehicle with these folks and I will be back with any other upgrades
Had custom XD wheels and tires put on my 2018 Chevy Silverado truck that had 500 miles on it. I took it to the dealership to have my oil changed and found out they had only put 3 of 4 wheel spacers on and they didn’t even bother putting my Tpms sensors on my new wheels so now I get to go spend 2-300 dollars to buy new sensors and have them put on my new truck! It’s pretty pathetic and I absolutely would not use st motorsports.
Very disappointed in the customer service. 2 months ago I went in with some tire issues from tires that was purchased at their facility. The guy behind the counter says there is a know defect with the tire that was on my vehicle. He said he would call the manufacturer and call me back. I have called in 3 times to acquire about what was found out just to get more run around. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This shop damage vehicles, cuts corners, and then can't take the heat for the inconveniences they cause. They try to take the blame spotlight off of them and onto the customers. No way to do business.
