Whatever you do.. do not work at the HOA/Gated communities in Dana point/Laguna Niguel. $19 an hour at a guard house with multiple duties all while corporate literally harasses you with new rules and excuses to write you up. The three employees that had worked over 5 years at the HOA never got a raise. These greedy O.C. HOA's and St Moritz will have you scraping at the bottom of the barrel literally. I've been in the private security sector for 17 years and I've never seen anything as bad these HOA/Gated community accounts.

Not a terrible company to work for, but didn't get paid a lot. Other then that they were fine.
St. Moritz is the best! Mata and Yoli knows what they’re doing. I like the fact that they’re understanding, and they care about your safety more than getting paid. They don’t discriminate based on your race, sexual orientation, disability, etc. They also take sexual harassment seriously... If you ain’t mature enough, or can’t handle conservative strict environment, or military regulations then this job is not for you.
Love this company everyone is very patient and understanding and all the workers are dedicated to their job I love this environment
