This company never picks up the telephone. How can you properly conduct a commercial business if you are unwilling to connect with customers or address inquiries? This is terrible customer service at the highest level and the way that this company apparently deals with its clients seems very unprofessional. Obtaining an employee to write positive reviews or asking others to give favorable ratings when the organization is failing at performing very basic tasks, simply does not equate to good business practices at all.
