Staff openly criticizes clients, other mentors don’t show up on time if at all for shifts. Way too much drama for “behavioral health.” Claim they have no money, but the CEO drives a Range Rover. Arbitrary and capricious terminations of staff, improper training and they foster an atmosphere of bullying and “giving grace” to racism and gossip. It was much better before the current CEO, and Clinical Director came along. Save yourself-do not go to treatment here or work here. It’s toxic!
