The whole staff is so accommodating, nice, and professional. It’s one of the only doctors offices I’ve visited in a while that I don’t feel rushed to receive the care I need. The doctor Ms. Bingham and her nurse give a VERY thorough, yet gentle examination and are so friendly!!! This is my second time seeing her and I will definitely be back!
The entire experience was excellent. The receptionist was kind and helpful. She made us feel welcome and check in was simple. The nurse and nurse practitioner were kind, knowledgeable, and fast yet thorough. They made us laugh, feel comfortable, and took the time to provide patient education. We only waited in the waiting area for 10 minutes or less. We were seen and treated with proper prescription sent to local pharmacy in around an hour or less! Wouldn’t recommend turned me around during store hours! Wouldn’t send a dog to get his nails clipped
Website says open until 8, door says open till 9. Lady at the desk, chatting away on her phone messing with her nails said 7. Also what kind of urgent care closes at 7???? Do urgent things have a curfew???
My son who is 1 was running 102 fever I called and asked if they were still taking walk in she said yes we don’t close till 7pm I said okay I’m on my way I get there 6:30 and didn’t even get to the front desk and tells me they arnt taking walk in anymore I said I just called she told me they take walk ins till yes she said yeah but two people just walked in before you we arnt taking him how disrespectful they could have seen my son. Going home was just more important to them.
