I had an appointment for by baby at 2 pm. Many people waiting some ahead of me many more after me. I wasn’t called in to be seen by a nurse until 3:20. Way too long for baby to be waiting. Nurse took a whole 10-15 minutes to do full assessment that is procedure. I was then left in the room waiting to be seen by the doctor for another 45 minutes. Phones aren’t answered and they don't accept voicemails so my child hasn't seen the doctor in a very long time. Don’t worry though in the very slim chance you get someone on the phone the front desk I have experience (back in early 2024/2023) was extremely rude disn’t follow through on what they said.
Doctors are amazing. I'm happy with the care and love they shower for my baby since birth and he id one now.All of them are kind towards everyone
Hopefully, this is the correct one. It's on Queen and Bond. My son donated a kidney last month. For the donors, this hospital has to do better. It's like once they have the kidney, they couldn't care less about the donor. We had to continuously ask the nurse to check on him. Even though the pharmacy eventually came and checked what prescription meds he was on, he never once received that daily medication, and it had to be brought in from his own supply.
