The person who answered the phone on July 31 at 11:50 a.m. was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was disappointing and difficult to believe that someone representing a childcare facility would communicate in that manner.
I had an appointment for by baby at 2 pm. Many people waiting some ahead of me many more after me. I wasn’t called in to be seen by a nurse until 3:20. Way too long for baby to be waiting. Nurse took a whole 10-15 minutes to do full assessment that is procedure. I was then left in the room waiting to be seen by the doctor for another 45 minutes.
