I am there so often I sometimes feel like I work there. I’ve been going there for 8 years and am truly thankful for their thoughtfulness. They take such good care of my Scarlett. Every time I have a concern they talk me through it. I’m trying to get a few days off to have my dog spayed but she also needs her teeth cleaned. Dr. Blackeby suggested a tooth paste and a dental diet for her food. Even showed me pictures of her OWN dogs teeth and her sisters dogs teeth after being on the diet for a week! Even gave me a trick to give her the toothpaste as a treat before we start brushing her teeth!!!! Thank you for being so nice! Scarlett really like everyone!
In addition to good prices & caring service, St. Matthews has an option to email pics of your pet to the clinic before booking an appointment if you find something worrisome. They'll check out the pics and call you back to let you know if it's something that requires an appointment or something that can be treated from home. The money that care has saved us is great; the time and stress it's saved us AND our cats is even better. Thank you, St. Matthews!

I can't say enough about St. Matthews Animal Clinic. Grooming services are excellent. Great job by Christy. And, Dr. Blacky and the entire staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and attentive to my dog's needs. I'm so glad I found SMAC.👍👍👍👍👍
My dog Layla had an emergency this weekend and they were able to squeeze her in! They gave her excellent care and made sure she was comfortable. They walked me through the procedure and made me feel so secure with everything. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone and their hard work making my girl feel better!
Thank you to the amazing staff and vets at SMAC. My sweet baby Sox has been suffering from arthritis for years. He first started seeing Dr. McCoy who started the first feline laser treatments with him. They helped for years until he ended up just getting too bad to transport that often. Through the years all of the vets had their time with him. Especially Dr. Darren and at the end, Dr. Blackey.
