Our faucet runs even when we are done using the tub. There is mold on the windows and the toilet leaks. Took about 1 year to fix the dryer lmao and the bathroom toilet leaks from the faucet and the shower leaks from the tub faucet as well been like this for almost 2 years lol water bills so high it’s crazy and no installation in the house so it’s always cold always cold

I have a family member who has lived in the apartments for a couple years now. Broken appliances for months. Replaced one , but didn’t know how to install it properly and so it still doesn’t work . When they first moved in the place was nice, and at least maintained. The swimming pool has been disgusting all summer. Today we were going to swim , but got there and the water is green . I assume it’s closed. Once we saw the water , we didn’t bother to go in. These places are not cheap to rent. I would not live here. Management ... read more

I wasnt going to post anything but your management owners are crazy . Not only are everyone else's comments true about the mold, nosie and cars abandoned left to right. But a car was even set on fire on Blanton St, A resident had her car stolen during the day time. There is supervision but u hardly see them drive by. And they just did some siding done. Let's just say non of the mold of the siding was taken off. They just covered it w new wood. Like how is that even acceptable and then you try to blame residents for the mold.... read more

I moved out of here in May of 2024. I lived there for three years. This is the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. Let’s go down the list, shall we? 1. Noise. Quiet hours are not enforced, and the neighborhood is quite loud. There are frequent parties that spill out into the parking lot at night. Loud, deep bass thumping is constant, day and night. been a resident here for 5 years. moving in was great until unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positive. a lot repairs are needed in just the first day in. a week later the heater goes out, next month the dryer stops working, following a broken washer agitator. the washer looks like it’s from 1980 while the dryer looks almost new. bathroom fan rattles like crazy & had it replaced three times. there is mold constantly growing , sticking to the walls & baseboards. we try our best to clean it off, bring in fresh air, turn... read more
