A lot of mold builds up in the apartments—the kind that won't come off no matter how much you clean. Also, when you move out, keep photos of your payment receipts; they charged me for the water bill twice and simply claimed it was an issue with another office or something like that. Basically, they expect the apartment to be left in pristine condition, which is impossible when people have actually lived there.
