Been there a dozen times love those nurses.
I do not usually write reviews, but I have to say I avoided getting a mammogram for two years, and I have to write this review. I forced myself to go get a mammogram today and Tracy was absolutely wonderful. She explained step-by-step what she was about to do. She made me feel at ease, and as mammograms go, this was the best possible experience I could have. Tracy is absolutely the best. I would like to share my gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my mammogram exam yesterday. Tracy, the technician, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and compassion. She took the time to reassure me, explain each step, and ensured my comfort throughout the process. She was so compassionate, gentle, and made sure I was completely comfortable. Thanks to her, I didn’t experience any pain at all. She turned what could have been a stressful exam into such a positive experience. Thank you, Tracy!
When I called up there May 11th at 2:11pm and asked if they did CT Contrast scans on Saturday, I was told yes. They then instructed me to get the orders sent over so they could make the appointment. I got all of that done and contacted they again on May 11th at 4:18pm and went through a 22min phone call and was told that it was not possible. My wife is unable to come during the week and I stated that in both calls at the beginning. I am not sure what is going on, but this is not the way to help people.
