St. Mary’s Imaging is convenient, easy to get an appointment when I need, very friendly staff! Easy parking, in and out rather quickly!!!
Scheduling here is horrible. Needed to take my wife for an appointment. She was told to be there at 7:00 AM for a 7:30 appointment. Wasn't seen until 8:00, at which time there was no radiologist for the procedure and the case notes hadn't been provided. So then another 30 minutes of waiting to get a basic level of preparation. The care is great, but their front office is a mess and needs to be straightened out.
Been there a dozen times love those nurses.
I do not usually write reviews, but I have to say I avoided getting a mammogram for two years, and I have to write this review. I forced myself to go get a mammogram today and Tracy was absolutely wonderful. She explained step-by-step what she was about to do. She made me feel at ease, and as mammograms go, this was the best possible experience I could have. Tracy is absolutely the best. I would like to share my gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my mammogram exam yesterday. Tracy, the technician, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and compassion. She took the time to reassure me, explain each step, and ensured my comfort throughout the process. She was so compassionate, gentle, and made sure I was completely comfortable. Thanks to her, I didn’t experience any pain at all. She turned what could have been a stressful exam into such a positive experience. Thank you, Tracy!
