They treat their employees like crap, unless you are in the click , very under staffed. Employees are overworked.

The activities director is one awesome person she not only loves her job she respects and adores the residents who are there they couldn't ask for a better person to fill their days with fun entertaining things.
The activities director, Tracy, is the nicest, most thoughtful staff member! She always makes sure the residents are having fun and taken care of. She works hard and it certainly shows!
My mamma is in their now, and i have not seen in a long time the wonderful truly, genuine care that she is being given, what a god sent, Love the staff and my mamma loves it ! That's all that is important to me <3
If home is not a possibility, St Marys Villa is the next best thing. I've had experience with both the Residence and the Nursing Home. Great staff, compassionate aids and nurses, very loving and caring. Both my parents are at the Nursing Home. They are in the same room....able to spend their days together. Many thanks!
