I greatly feel they are unwilling to meet the needs of their staff to accommodate them appropriately, especially if a disability is involved. -Given paid time off but frequent, excessive denial of using said time. -There's been incidents of harrassment by the employer when emergencies arose outside of the workplace for a staff member, who needed to report out, while they were contending with said emergency. -Continously in a staffing shortage. My Mom is so happy there which in turn makes me happy. I no longer have to worry I know she is in the absolute best care possible! The staff are all amazing! They care, they have bonds with her they play games and the entertainment (things to do) is always keeping her busy I absolutely recommend ST. Mary’s Villa

Out of any nursing home I’ve ever worked in, St Mary’s Villa is by far one of the best. The care they give their residents and the care I gave when I was there is superb!! Don’t trust any other nursing home around. I can guarantee you’re family member will be taken care of the way they should❤️
